There is a compile-time define, ALLOW_PASSWORD_CHANGE, which you could
undefine and recompile. Note however that I am SURE that nobody has
tested such a configuration in a LONG time. Currently I just don't tell
my users they can, but having this as a runtime paramater would be nice.
