[PATCH] drm/nouveau/kms/nv50-: Don't allow inheritance of headless iors
....
So - fix this by verifying that we actually know that there's a head
assigned to an ior before allowing it to be inherited through nvif. This
-should- hopefully fix the WARN_ON on GT218 reported by Borislav.

Help with domain model/database design
Hi All,
I was wondering if I could get some comments on my approach to the
design of the domain model and database for my rails app. I don''t
have much experience in this so I am wondering if I am heading in the
right direction.
My app is an ecommerce site for my business which is a record label.
That might seem straight forward, but the one thing that might be
tricky is that

File_column and rmagick options
Hi,
Currently I''m using the file_column plugin to upload images and save
multiple copies of each at 3 different resoltions:

problem with options_for_select
Hi All,
I am having a little difficulty using the options_for_select forms
helper method. I have a form for an active record object book, which
belongs to a publisher. Using the options_for_select is working fine
as far as creating the various options, but it will not output the
"selected=''selected''" bit of html needed to identify which publisher

url_for_file_column in parent model''s view
Hi All,
I am using the file_column plugin to upload images. The model that I
am using is simply called images (id, name, caption - name being the
"file" column) and it belongs_to a parent model called books which
has_many images. I was able to figure out how to enter the images
into the correct model when updating of form of the parent model
(books). Now I need to figure out

[PATCH v5 0/5] x86: faster smp_mb()+documentation tweaks
mb() typically uses mfence on modern x86, but a micro-benchmark shows that it's

So we really should use the locked variant everywhere, except that intel manual
says that clflush is only ordered by mfence, so we can't.
Note: some callers of clflush seems to assume sfence will
order it, so there could be existing bugs around

Problem getting form_remote_tag to work with image upload
Hey guys,
I am trying to pass the parameters for the file being upload, but the
params[] are not being passed. Ive read through some posts and realize
this is an issue with RoR.
I read through some of the posts and someone suggested using:
http://svn.kylemaxwell.com/form_remote_upload/trunk/
I tried to install it, and although I thought I installed it correctly,
it doesn''t work.

[PATCH v5 1/5] x86: add cc clobber for addl
...39;t need one on x86, and always considers flags
clobbered. We are probably missing the cc clobber in a *lot* of places
for this reason.
But even if not necessary, it's probably a good thing to add for
documentation, and in case gcc semantcs ever change.
