Fixing sysvol permissions

EVERYONE I have: (Apply to Subfolders and files only) 'Traverse folder / execute file', 'List
folder /read data', 'Read attributes', 'Read extended attributes', 'Read Permissions'.
I set these when I first installed the AD/DC with Samaba 4.1 based on the alexwyn link

RPC, DCOM, 1745 and Other Errors

So far I have setup one AD Domain Controller (AD1) I downloaded and compiled the latest source code doing the git mirror thing, and am running Samba 4.2.0prel-GIT-043585F on CentOS 6.5. This process all went smooth, and I was able to join my Windows 7 test machines to the domain and login successfully and use the RSAT tools successfully.

Imo, this is a left over of an old bug, just remove the file Registry.po imo, i'll bet its never used.
The computer looks for Registry.pol not Registry.po.

Replace SBS2003 with Samba4
Hello all,
I'm currently investigating the option to completely replace a SBS2003 DC
with a Samba4 DC. My research (mostly on samba.org guides) shows that it is
feasible, however I'd like to get feedback from the community on my goals.
Current status:
A Windows SBS 2003 is the PDC and a W2008 R2 server is acting as secondary
DC. Domain operational level is 2003.

duplicate the functionality of Remote Web Workplace. If you have Mac workstations, Apple has a
"Microsoft Remote Desktop" at the Apple App Store. I have 2 users accessing their Windows 7
desktop from their home Mac computer with that.
