Help! How can I get Wine default folder back into alacarte Applications Menu Tab? Additional info: No i didn't hide it, I deleted it.

I'm trying to trace why launchers created by wine due to a program installation are not appearing in the menus on my system. The launchers appear to have the correct contents, but for some reason gnome-panel is not adding them to my menus. Well for a long time now my wine menu entry in gnome has been gone. Most threads I read all say to fine the <deleted> tag in .config/menus/applications.menu but mine doesn't have it.
