I use the inetOrgPerson schema for users ( http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/dd26/ldap.akbkhome.com/objectclass/ inet OrgPerson.html ) and the posixGroup schema for groups ( http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/dd26/ldap.akbkhome.com/objectclass/posixGroup.html ).
