ADDITIONAL ISSUE
...em Administrator for the Sun/Solaris/GIS environment and
need
"rights" more specific and robust than the non-System Admins. It appears
that this
causes another issue, too - related to the inability to re-connect
successfully after
logging out and re-logging back in...?

NLM OUTPUT
...I ran the function nlm, but I don't
understand how to extract the optimal solution as a numeric vector. The
function produces it as one element of a list. I don't see anything in
the R documentation about converting such a list element to the vector it
displays.

basic question about token bucket filter
Hi there,
I just started playing around with prioritizing traffic. However I do have
some questions left :P
I am using the following setup:
tc qdisc add dev ppp0 root handle 1: prio
tc qdisc add dev ppp0 parent 1:1 handle 10: sfq
tc qdisc add dev ppp0 parent 1:2 handle 20: tbf rate 61kbit latency 50ms burst 1540
tc qdisc add dev ppp0 parent 1:3 handle 30: sfq

Samba Printing Extremely Slow from Windows XP
Hi,
I have setup samba server on my linux box (Fedora Core 4 with latest
samba, just updated via RHN) and has configured file sharing via samba
for this server and connecting to it from my windows xp box. So far,
everything works fine and it is very fast.
Then, I configured a printer, and shared it via samba. And, I can
see+connect to it from Windows XP and can even print. But, everything

Serious Slowness Issues with Printing
