Multihop route - TCP connection losses?
...In our students'' hostel we have 6 DSL lines (dialups to different
providers); we have set up a linux box (currently running 2.6.11-rc2-mm2,
but the problem described hereafter also applies to previous 2.6-series
kernels) with help from

Our Setup looks like this:

bandwidth aggregation between 2 hosts in the same subnet
...p job (per packet round robin?), not for
multiple connections between many hosts. I know that I won''t get 2 x
115Mb/s because of packet reordering, but 20-30% more that a single
connection would be ok.
I followed different HowTOs

or something like: ip route...equalize via...
but I never got a higher transfer rate between the two hosts than
max 115Mb/s with benchmarks like netpipe or netio.
I guess the route cache might be a problem here, or maybe I''m missing
some other...

ip route and nexthop: the "CentOS" way
...ere?
And how do I stop CentOS from trying to pick its own default gateway settings
(since /etc/sysconfig/network likely won't have a GATEWAY parameter)?
Cheers,

Multiple gateways setup and timeout connections
Hi,
I''ve setup a gateway using multiple default gateways and netfilter
MASQUERADE to load balance traffic between two DSL interfaces and one
dedicated link, and when I try to download something big, or when I''m
using MSN (both in clients under this gateway), sometimes, or most
times, after a while the connection timeouts. The connection doesn''t
seem to change its
