Swat parameters
Here is a current listing of the parameters that can be changed by SWAT in each of the 3 pages. A "no" means it does not appear in that page. "BASIC" means it shows in the basic view. "ADVANCED" means it only shows in the advanced view (unless its value is non default, in which case it shows in the basic view as well). Do people think this is the right settings for

Asan self host problems: Failed to deallocate
Trying to run a self host "ninja check-clang" with ASan enabled I hit a /lot/ of errors like this (strangely I hit none of these in check-llvm, only in check-clang): Any ideas? ==10525==ERROR: AddressSanitizer failed to deallocate 0x10800 (67584) bytes at address 0x631000014800 ==10525==AddressSanitizer CHECK failed:

Asan self host problems: Failed to deallocate
I wish there was something like the line in config.log that would show the CMake command, but instead I can at least show you the CMakeCache files for my release build and asan build (attached to this email). No lld, so far as I know - believe I'm using gold at the moment for both builds. Did just reproduce this with a clean release build and a clean asanified build from that. Same errors. I

Firewire question (Centos 4.4)
Assuming I have a firewire card with a supported chipset, is there anything special I need to do in order for the kernel to recognize the card? Shouldn't kudzu "wake up" and configure the card when I boot up after installing it? This is a brand spanking new 4.4 system and a supported Agere chipset firewire card. I'm having trouble tickling devices connected to the card.

VGA passthrough ? AMD-FX8, GA-990FXA-UD3, G210
Hello, Like many trying and posting here, I''m new to VGA passthrough. Computer was bought, checking compatibility from http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/VTd_HowTo The hardware is mostly not exactly on the list, but mainly new versions of the same series (I think). IOMMU "seems" to be working (not 100% sure what to check). I used debian/wheezy kernel and xen, dom0 and HVM domu.

ADVANCED Rails Mailing List?
Is there an advanced rails mailing list? I''ve noticed that much of the issues on this list are for beginner to intermediate issues, and posters asking more advanced issues are rarely answered. I still find this list to be very useful, but I would love to find a community of more advanced RoR folks to discuss expert level implementations. -Kevin

Learning advanced R
Hello: Could you please suggest the best way to become an "advanced" R programmer. I went through "R for dummies" by de Vries and Meys and I can see two ways to proceed: 1) Get a more advanced textbook. E.g. could you recommend Gentleman, "R for Bioinformatics"? 2) Because textbooks are limited and become obsolete fast, I can focus on learning state-of-the-art
