goes through the steps I remember taking in a windows environment. As you
can see step 2 is to install ADFS this is what would need emulated with
some web server.
So I will try and google ADFS on apache or nginx or linux. I'll let you
know if I find anything interesting.

Permanently removing vdevs from a pool
Is it possible to gracefully and permanently remove a vdev from a pool without data loss? The type of pool in question here is a simple pool without redundancies (i.e. JBOD). The documentation mentions for instance offlining, but without going into the end results of doing that. Sorry about this, but I just found a third problem:
In log files for the different machines, I find the following entry:
[2001/08/13 19:57:55, 0] smbd/password.c:domain_client_validate(1563)
domain_client_validate: could not fetch trust account password for domain ADSF
Does anyone know why all of my machines are putting out this message? This
only occurs after a reboot of the system.
