Highly Connected Nodes in Igraph
Hello R Help Team,
I have created graph from weighted adjecency matrix .Is there a way I can
find highly connected nodes in Igraph like the Package RBGL does.

Illustrating kernel distribution in wheat ears
...er.
I know how many kernels there were in each spikelet after some months spent counting them...
Now I want to illustrate the differences between the cultivars in how the kernels are distributed in the ears.
In the best of all possible worlds it would be possible to place histograms or boxplots on adjecent sides of vertical lines representing different cultivars.
I have done some experimenting using boxplot() but I am stuck and out of ideas right now.
All ideas are welcome!

My research is how bees react to different fieldmargins, for this I have 4
different types of field margin (A,B,C & D) and two different experiments,
one where the field margins are adjecent and one where they are seperated.
I wanted to know if the bees react differently on the different types of
field margin and whether there were differences between the two
experiments... I also used an offset function to correct for the different
number of field margins of the same type were the...

help understanding box plots
Another naive stats question. I'm trying to better understand what
boxplots are telling me.
I think what I see is the median and the boundaries of the 1st and 3rd
quartiles. The whiskers represent the range of the data unless there
are points which are outside "range" (default: 1.5) times the distance
from the median to that quartile. Is that right? I've read the

Making attachment_fu polymorphic
...saved to the db (I am using mySQL 5) and I want to
display a list of the attachments, the order they are returned in is
strange. I say ''strange'' because I, at least, cannot descern what they
are ORDERed BY. They seem to come back grouped (an image an its
thumbnails will come back adjecent to one another), but the order of
the groups (or even the elements within the groups) is unpredictable.
Any help would be appriciated, my code is below.
Thanks in advance,
Paul Saieg
