No matter what I do, I'm not able to get window borders working. Both commands "emerald --replace" and "gtk-window-decorator --replace" runs fine, with no output, but no window borders are drawn. WoW detects my monitor hz as 77, 78, 79. 80, 81, 82 but not 60hz which it should be! This causes a lot of tearing which can be annoying. Is there any way of fixing this?
