[PATCH] VMXNET3: Add support for virtual IOMMU
This patch adds support for virtual IOMMU to the vmxnet3 module. We
switch to DMA consistent mappings for anything we pass to the device.
There were a few places where we already did this, but using pci_blah();
these have been fixed to use dma_blah(), along with all new occurrences
where we've replaced kmalloc() and friends.
Also fix two small bugs:
1) use after free of rq->buf_info in

SCSI driver for VMware's virtual HBA - V6.
Here is the V6, which addresses most of the suggestions from Chris'.
Please consider this for the scsi-tree.
Thanks,
Alok (Hoping Sixth time's a charm :)
VMware PVSCSI driver - v6.
Changelog (v6-v5)
- remove unneeded header file includes.
- make pvscsi_dev as a static function.
- IRQF_SHARED only for INT/X, pass zero for rest.
- use __get_free_pages to allocate ctx->sgl.

[PATCH 2/2] Add VMDq support to ixgbe
This patch adds experimental VMDq support (AKA Netchannel2 vmq) to the
ixgbe driver. This applies to the Netchannel2 tree, and should NOT be
applied to the "normal" development tree.
To enable VMDq functionality, load the driver with the command-line
parameter VMDQ=<num queues>, as in:
$ modprobe ixgbe VMDQ=8
You can then set up PV domains to use the device by modifying your VM

Backbuffer problem troubles SimCity4 RH/Deluxe
SimCity 4 has a lot of problems of its own that cause it to Crash to the Desktop quite often. However, the failure to provide more than one back buffer makes it hard to run large cities, and has gotten past annoyance for me, at least.
Here is my latest log, from initiation of the game to the point where I finally killed it because the graphics had gone crazy again. My system has
MB of graphics

[PATCH] VMXNET3: Add support for virtual IOMMU
We can't just do virt_to_phys() on memory that we pass to the device and
expect it to work in presence of a virtual IOMMU. We need to add IOMMU
mappings for such DMAs to work correctly. Fix that with
pci_alloc_consistent() where possible, or pci_map_single() where the
mapping is short-lived or we don't control the allocation (netdev).
Also fix two small bugs:
1) use after free of

ggplot, qplot: alpha channel for colors corresponding to factor
Hi,
I have a qplot like the one in the minimal example below, except I
also have faceting like this:
qplot(jitter(Goodall),jitter(Better.adapt),colour=Second.adapt,facets=~Pol,data=d1)
and with the real data I get quite a lot of overplotting, so I would
like to add an alpha channel.
In addition, I would like to be able to control which colors are used
for each value of Second.adapt (which
