disk questions: geom and zfs

the thing is, if I take all these disks to a 6.3R-p2 system, will I get in

Panic in nfs/ffs after upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3-RELEASE
...f logout after the
15:22:54 one suggests that this was the point that the file server went
offline.
The only directory that was mounted at that time was in /export
(/dev/mirror/gm1a):

The server had been up for about 250 days with similar (and usually
significantly heavier) load with 6.2-STABLE before the upgrade. The
evening after the crash, I received the following message from

details on sata issues and mountroot prompt
I have previously written about a mountroot prompt, here are some details.
I have a system with an asus m3a78-emh hdmi board, a 74 gig raptor
drive, and a dual core amd am2 cpu. I have had this result with both
the amd64 and i386 systems. My steps were all conducted today as follows.
install 7.0 release
run freebsd-update
get src tree
build world
build and install kernel
reboot and be greeted
