samba and PDC don't trust
Hello people,
I've been reading along and found that document... however I still have
some trouble, which I do not really understand.
The things I have done:
- on the PDC I have deleted the name of my samba server and recreated it.
- next on the linux server I did: smbpasswd -r stromboli -j actuera.nl
I then get a message that goes like this:
root@intranet:/var/log/samba# smbpasswd -r stromboli -j actuera.nl -D 3

troubles with PDC
...y one of our smb-servers was suffering from a very bad HD. So I took
another and installed linux on it (Slackware 8.1) and took most of the
config files (among which smb.conf) and did some adaptions to make most of
it work.
This is the smb.conf file:

Cannot copy files to samba share. (A little off-topic)
I've created a share in Samba (2.2.3a) and cannot copy or create files in
it. I know I've missed something, but am unable to find the error. Any help
is appreciated.
I'm logged on with username nick (correctly as I can add files to my Home
directory...)
