2.2.3a printing problems: no printing from Word, spools taking up all CPU on clients
...orts in the list archive of similar problems, but
no resolution.
Is anyone else having problems with this? Is it definitely a problem with
2.2.3a, or could it be an odd config issue?
Is there a patch??
Thanks for any help you can give me,
Steven

they install, and they are downloaded by W2K drivers if they are
available when the NT4.0 drivers are also available. Now, whether these
drivers from HP are truly level 3 and developed properly as such,
I wouldn't have a clue how to tell.
Thanks.

normal DNS names.
This looks like a Windows 2000 bug or limitation. The problem is as follows:

connection take precedence.
You then dial up to the VPN. The DNS servers specified in the VPN dial-up...

Hi,
Maybe you can help me.
Im trying to join one NT Server 4.0 Remote Access Server to a samba PDC
(2.2.2) Domain so that the users who make dial-up connections can be
validated on this domain. The Windows NT Server (RAS) is joining to the
domain but the users who trying to make a dial-in connection receive a
message saying that they not have permission to make a dial in connection.

IP Binding
Hi all,
New to Samba here so please bear with dumb questions.
I have a server that's currently running SMB shares off of device 10.0.0.1
on a private network. It has a second device, 10.0.0.2 that I would like to
add to the device bindings for Samba. I've tried this in the smb.conf file
but it doesn't seem to work. Here's what I tried:
workgroup = SOMECOMPANY
