Hello All - Any recommendations or suggestions for neat ways to visualize data taken from a 3-axis accelerometer? My study species is aquatic, so I would be interested in movement in the 3 dimensions in addition to being able to incorporate the time series as well. I have an irregular time series in a Zoo object, and I've been unable to find any way to do an FFT on it. More precisely, I'd like to do an NFFT (non-equispaced / non-uniform time FFT) on the data. The data is timestamped samples from a cheap self-logging accelerometer. The data is weakly regular, with the following characteristics: - short gaps every ~20ms - large gaps every ~200ms - jitter/noise in the timestamp The gaps cover ~10% of the acquisition time. I have approximately 2.5 million rows from a number of sensor readings. Having plotted these, I can see a given pattern (say a spike in the amplitude away from the mean). I would now like to automate this procedure as we're expecting a great deal more data in the near future. Is there any package or function that will make this possible? Many thanks!
