What unmitigated bullshit. Your attempt at logic is laughable. You hold up
threadbare stereotypes as the norm, when in reality they are little more
than characters straight out of Central Casting. The "genius hermit who
can't associate with people" is dumb and false. It's meant to excuse
behavior that is unacceptable, when in reality a person who cannot interact
with people is

Hello everyone. Please keep discussion civil and productive.
I’d suggest moving general discussions of social behavior and norms off the llvm-dev list. These discussions are generally quite off topic and draw more heat than light. I’d prefer it if we all just move on.
I obviously do not know who “unnamed poster” is, but I am also specifically concerned about people who are not LLVM

How to reference a package in academical paper
Dear,
I am now writing more formal "academical" paper, and would like to reference
an R package. Do you have any recommendation how to do it?
Taking for instance the RODBC package as an example, how would the reference
look like?
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RODBC/index.html
Thank you

Why Samba is stating files in /net??
running 3.4.5 on Solaris 10 sparc platform. Seeing odd behavior when
I'm watching my smbd process through truss. When ever I just onen my
Windows explorer window that just shows my mapped shares, the truss
shows that the smbd process is trying to stat everything under /net.
What is it doing that when I have no paths to /net specified in my
smb.conf file?
And is there anyway to stop

systems with user quotas.
All cifs clients shares to this server freeze after about 10 to 15
minutes of connectivity. Only fix is to restart samba. I'm not getting
any errors

Link statically against libc++ on Cray XC 40
Hi folks,
In our scientific simulation tool, we set up our build system to link against LLVMSupport to print stack traces for debugging purposes, also from other compilers. This works very well on most hosts, but we fail to make it work with gcc on a Cray XC 40 cluster. They have a very restrictive toolchain setup (everything is controlled by the “module” command; you never get to see any real

Share users across domains
Hi,
I would use one domain and some groups. So you put your Students in the "students" group and the administratives in the "admin".
Then simply create two OUs, one for the admin machine and one for the machine for both. Then you're able to create some group policy's to restrict the login to the admin group for the admin machine OU.
This is a scenario where you can

Fwd: Re: How to reference to the `stats` package in academical paper
Julien,
I would just try your best given the journal's style guide and wait for
them to change it. For what it is worth, my last paper was corrected as
follows.
