Sorry, I just now figured out how to get a usable output.
-Option one doesn't work at all for me.

COUNT = 0 / 0
Creating /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ups-mib.txt-mib.h
Creating /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ups-mib.txt-mib.c
Done.
