Barge in on to agents conversation
Hi,
1. When an agent is active on a call, i need the ablity for a third person
to join the conversation. Basically barge in by a supervisor, participate in
the conversation and then leave.
2. As an extension to the above, while on call, can the agent request a
conference from another agent and later hang him up.
3. Is there any way for a call to be put in t...

Feature request...
...ons for disabling SSL? :-)
At some point I''m going to want to move my production puppetmaster to a
newer host and the IP and hostname for the puppetmaster will change. I
have tools to go out and force every client to re-register itself with a
newer puppetmaster but I''d like the ablity to, on the fly, tell puppet not
to concern itself with certification (my networks and hosts, my
responsibility).
I see that I could probably trick puppet/network/client.rb to think that my
local ruby doesn''t have SSL defined, but I''d rather have a flag or
something.
Cheers,
Ryan

Win and linux shared filesystem with chmod support for linux side?
Hello :)
I have a current setup of apache serving websites for users, apache is
using cgiwrap for all scripts so the filesystem needs to support chmod
and chown stuff.
This would all be good and dandy if everything was linux based, however,
.. the whole setup needs the ablity to parse asp files as its needed for
teaching !
I setup apache with something like this (ignoring all the php, perl,
python, etc setup) ...
AddHandler application/x-httpd-asp .asp
Action application/x-httpd-asp /cgi-bin/asp-parse
and asp-parse just contains a line that will make lynx -source a...

ee using 99% cpu after user ssh session terminates abnormaly
Recently i have been using a dialup 56k account to access the net
and have noticed that when my ssh session times out and I am editing
a file in ` ee ' the system goes to 99% cpu usage and stays like
this till the pid is killed.
This is a standard user account (not root/su)
Would a user be able to create a denial of service condition
on the remote system using this bug?

IP Phone Advice ??
...gdgetone 100 IP phone.
I find the voice quality of the Sipura 2000 to be better than that of the
budgetone. I find myself wanting to use the analog phones instead of the
IP phone, which drives me nuts :-)
So, I'm looking for advice on purchasing my next IP phone. Good voice
quality with the ablity to display CallerID on the LDC panel.
Thanks,
Jim

POS modems
Hi,
If anyone is interested in the low speed modems needed for POS
applications (V.22, V.22bis, V.22bisFC and V.29FC) please contact me. I
had some spare time while travelling, and finally got the V.22bis code I
started a long time ago into a start where its basically functional. I'm
now looking for input about exactly what application software expects
from these modems, so I can plan

Read-only and POSIX ACLs
Hi all,
I can make a simple change to smbd for the next stable
release that will cause POSIX ACLs to be checked before returning
the DOS mode of a file is "read-only". This will fix the case
that people are complaining about where a POSIX ACL allows write
access to a file but the standard owner "w" bit is missing (smbd
currently returns DOS read-only for that case if the DOS

(no subject)
Running Sun Solaris 9 sparc; trying to get Samba to interact with our Windows Active Directory so we can create shares on our Sun server. Kerberos works well. Wbinfo -u and Wbinfo -g both return results. Getent also returns results, both getent passwd & getent group. I've created a test folder and added it in the smb.conf file as a share:

Review of Code for 1.9
Hello Guys,
I''m reviewing the code for 1.9, and forgot about this when we first
spoke on this subject.
The current way we stop threads is using Thread#raise to spread
StopServer exception, which will not work as expected in 1.9.
1.9 will treat raised exceptions as #kill, like JRuby does, so the
worker threads will not finish serving the client and _then_ exiting,
but will be

Another Tar stopper
Well, I have been busy getting child #4 off on her way to college
(joining #2). So now it is quite with just the 2 youngest and I can get
work done again!.
tar stops as follows:
/root/.nautilus/metafiles/x-nautilus-desktop:%2F%2F52F.xml
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
I thought perhaps this is some file locked becuase I was running from a
terminal session in gnome.
So I

[PATCH 0/3] fb fixes for gk20a/gm20b
...allocated for Tegra as well, and accesses be made to members of gf100_fb
which were not accessible because gk20a_fb_new() called nvkm_fb_new_() directly.
This is fixed by patch 1, but looking at this code made me realize we may just
as well use the regular FB functions for gk20a/gm20b (without the ablity to
allocate VRAM of course), so patches 2 and 3 do that.
Alexandre Courbot (3):
fb/gk20a: fix constructor call
fb/gk20a: use regular gf100's functions
fb: add gm20b device
