rsync over nfs

Salutations, Long story short: I need to create an SPDF to superimpose on a Google map. I have .shp file which has a long list of locations listed in (what I guess must be) UTM. I need to transform these into lon, lat. My use of spTransform, however, keeps giving me the wrong results. For what it's worth, it only seems to be messing up the latitude. My final line of code looks like this:

Dear Dirk et al, What I've tried is to install libgeos-dev: sudo apt-get install libgeos-dev Which gives me, even after adding the ubuntugis-unstable PPA: E: Unable to locate package libgeos-dev So I'm a little stuck at the moment. I'm trying to install TMAP on R-Studio, which requires a number of packages all of which rely on the libgeos-dev being in place, and I can't seem to
