Well, after some other pretty horrible issues with sessionid.tdb (which I think are fixed by upgrading the version of Samba on the client to 2.2.2 as well), I have some other fun. Hi all, I am running samba-server-3.0.6-4.1.100mdk, openldap-servers-2.1.25-6mdk, lib64sasl2-plug-digestmd5-2.1.15-10.1.100mdk. I have searched through the lists and I am wondering if I am the only one doing this kind of set-up.. I see that samba4 will have it's own LDAP database. How will the support for OpenLDAP be? if anyone knows. Will I have the option to use OpenLDAP still for all the new features so as to be able to use current apps that use OpenLDAP already? If anyone has info regarding this, it would be appreciated.
