R versus R Studio output differences

event A the p-value coming from the R-Studio is around 10^-58 and with R it
is 10^-135.
Also, I am running the Rstudio on Mac and R through linux server. They both
are 64 bit. I am finding it for the first time and I am really surprised by

Fisher Test in R
Suppose we have the following data set:
Men Women
Dieting 10 30
Non-dieting 5 60
If I run the Fisher exact test in R then what does alternative = greater (or
less) imply? For example:
