TDM400P Circuit/channel congestion problem
...[s at macro-

[Feb 5 09:26:17] VERBOSE[3047] logger.c: -- Goto (macro-dialout-
trunk,s-CONGESTION,1)
The problem is fixed (outgoing call will work fine) when the PSTN
cable attached to card are _manually_ unplugged and then plugged back
to card. Of course, I don't want to do this job everytime when server
restarted :-). Searching over internet, it say that I must disable
echotraining, but the problem still persist.

For a frequently-updated Debian package repository, I assume you _manually_ bump
all the Debian R packages whenever the main R package is upgraded. Is that
correct? That is, when a Debian user upgrades the r-base package from, say,
version 3.2.5 to 3.3.1, then r-cran-tseries must/should be rebuilt/reinstalled
against the new R package? If so, maybe there is something us...

Sieve permissions issue following update
It has been running flawlessly for quite some time until the update.
Global scripts were compiled:
/usr/local/etc/dovecot/sieve # ls
10-move-spam.sieve 10-move-spam.svbin
However, I ran sievec again and tried saving a modified script and got the same:
shiofuki dovecot: lda(gessel at blackrosetech.com): Error: sieve: binary save: failed to create temporary file:

Actually this "ls" output and the last sentence does not indicate that the
Sieve script had been compiled: a) after changing 10-move-spam.sieve _and_
b) after the upgrade with the new Sieve tools.
Did _you_ _manually_ run:
cd /usr/local/etc/dovecot/sieve
rm 10-move-spam.svbin
sievec -D 10-move-spam.sieve
? And, is the sievec command displaying the Pigeonhole version you have
installed?

Rsync sending files that haven't been updated.
I have been playing with rsync for several weeks now, and this is the first
time I have encountered this problem. Rsync is including files that haven't
been updated since the last sync. In fact, it's sending every file in the
folder even if it has not been updated. The current options I am using are
-v -rl -e, what is causing this to happen?

I've been following this thread and have been seeing a similar problem. Dovecot 2.2.5 and...

When you disconnect a drive from the RAID array, there is no way
for the software to assume whether or not the drive is any good anymore
when it reconnects unless you _manually_ tell it (or configure it to always
assume it is good).
This is not a Red Hat issue either.
And LVM2 is still going through some maturity with RAID-1 and snapshots.

Ut oh... I did not rm the existing svbin.

And the -D directive is very useful, thanks:
