validates :uniqueness apparently doesn't
...sion 39474) [x86_64-darwin12.3.0]
Rails 3.2.13
I have a validates ... :uniqueness constraint on one of the attributes
of an ActiveRecord class.
In my test suite, I set the attribute from the same attribute in a
record in the fixture. I then send invalid? to the object under test.
invalid? returns _false_, and the .errors object for the record shows no
errors.
A :uniqueness constraint on another attribute does invalidate the
record. All validations on other attributes behave as expected.
I''ve done what I could to search the Rails docs, Google, Stack Overflow,
and this forum for similar pr...

...s, also.
:) I was just working on some test cases; I'll post it soon. It's somewhat
different than yours.
I haven't touched the clang side yet, but I think it needs to be more
complex than what you have there. I think it actually needs to be able to
evaluate the intrinsic as a constant _false_ in the front-end in some
circumstances, rather than always emitting IR if it cannot tell the answer
is true.

[RFC] __builtin_constant_p() Improvements
Hello again!
I took a stab at PR4898[1]. The attached patch improves Clang's
__builtin_constant_p support so that the Linux kernel is happy. With this
improvement, Clang can determine if __builtin_constant_p is true or false
after inlining.
As an example:
static __attribute__((always_inline)) int foo(int x) {
if (__builtin_constant_p(x))
return 1;
return 0;
}

Absolutely FINE thank you!
When your WizWonder package is housebroken,
let me try it if I'm interested.
Until then, a (stubbornly) broken distro will persuade me to
try something else. That's why I left Windows, I guess, if
you prognosticate correctly, it will be why I leave
RedHat/CentOS.
btw this has nothing to do with Firewalls at

XCP: Insecure Distro ?
Hello mailing list!
I have been working with XCP a little bit, and I have the impression
that this distro is insecure. First, it does not look like update
repositories are enabled inside /etc/yum.repos.d, although I''m from an
apt background so I may be misinterpreting that. Where will my
security updates come from?
Next, it appears that the root password hash is directly stored inside
