hangup the _called_ channel ?
I understand that HangUp() hangs up the calling channel. I want to
hangup the called channel.
SIP/mycall-xxxxx calls and bridges with DAHDI/1-1.
I send SIP/.... to listen to a long, very long, file.
GoSub(play-long-file,s,1)
[play-long-file]
exten=s,1, ;;; Here I want to hangup DAHDI/1-1, the called channel
same=n,Playback(very-long-file)
same=n,Hangup()
How do I hangup the called channel,

initiate call recording from phone.
I am looking for a way to allow a user to record a call simply by
pressing a button or some combination of buttons on their phone. Is
this possible?
I have read the stuff about the monitor command; however, this doesn't
seem to be very interactive for the user.

Print Share Problem
I'm running FC3 and Samba 3.0.14a. I'm trying to work through Exercise
2.3 of the on-line Samba-3 by Example, and mostly things ore OK, but I
can't get my print share to show up when I run smbclient -L localhost -U
%. Everything else shows up correctly (although I do get two workgroups
to appear, as there is another workgroup to which I used to belong
before I separated from it (I

Newbie question: How do I get Analog Phone to actuall ring
i am using the sample config files and get a dial tone. i have also
gotten it to play greetings etc, but i need the phone to ring so that
i am not tieing up the one phone line, please help, i know this sounds
insanely stupid but i cant get it to work.

Question about x100P and zap
I have 2 X100P card and configured everything based on configs here
http://www.onlamp.com/onlamp/2004/01/22/examples/config_files.txt
I changed the area codes to match mine.
When I try to dial out I get
app_dial.c:554 dial_exec: Unable to create channel of type 'Zap'
A zap show channels gives me this
