Resolve "Time went backwards" problem by using jiffies as clocksource
Hi All,
I''m new to Xen and... Happy New Year!
After restarting dom-0, my dom-u prints this in console once every second,
[55082.616234] __ratelimit: 1503 messages suppressed
[55082.616234] clocksource/0: Time went backwards: ret=380ab26c53a
I resolved this by following the instructions in "http://wiki.debian.org/Xen",
which is basically changing clocksource to "jiffies".
Now the problem has gone away, I''m wonder...

Using Xen Virtualization Environment for Development and Testing of Supercomputing and High Performance Computing (HPC) Cluster MPICH2 MPI-2 Applications
Dear All,
I have created a virtual high performance computing (HPC) cluster of 6
compute nodes with MPICH2 using Xen-based Fedora 11 Linux 64-bit
paravirtualized (PV) domU guests. Dom0 is Fedora 11 Linux 64-bit. My Intel
Desktop Board DQ45CB has a single onboard Gigabit LAN network adapter.
I am able to bring up the ring of mpd on the set of 6 compute nodes.
However, I am consistently

[PATCH 0/5] vringh
This introduces vringh, which are generic accessors for virtio rings (host side).
There's a host-side implementation in vhost, but it assumes that the rings are
in userspace, and is tied to the vhost implementation. I have patches to adapt
it to use vringh, but I'm pushing this in the next merge window for Sjur, who has
CAIF patches which need it.
This also includes a test program in
