Asterisk, she no hang uppa the phone!

I'm using a TDM11B with a single fxs and a single fxo. My analog handset is
plugged into the port that gives me the dailtone (stil can't keep it straight
if that's fxo or fxs, but I get a dialtone and can call extensions corn
fingered in extensions.conf)
But when I dial 9NXXXXXX I see this on the console:

Asterisk & Avaya Legend
Greetings All,
I'm about to embark on what will hopefully be a wonderous journey. We will
be slowly moving towards a full Asterisk solution, but along the way, I have
to put up with the Legend system for a little while longer.
So far, I've only been able to look at this from a theory perspective, since
we don't have the hardware yet (namely a PRI card). Our current setup has
an
