cut2 error
...from the 'Hmisc' library. However, when I
try and run the function on the following variable, I get an error message
(displayed below). I suspect it is because of the NA but I have no idea
how to address the error. Many thanks to any insights.

Random Zap port going crazy When channel released after a flash.
...logging the problem. Here is an example debug log.
This happens only once a day or so, with 100 or so users transfering and
three way calling all the time.
Anyone having a simular problem.

subset data.frame with value != in all columns
...esence/absence of a single value in any column. I've figured out how
to do get the positive matches, but the remainder (rows without this
value) eludes me. Mining the help pages and archives brought me,
frustratingly, very close, as you'll see below.
My goal: two data frames, one with -99 in at least one column in each
row, one with no occurrences of -99. I want to preserve rownames in
each.
My questions:
Is there a cleaner way to extract all rows containing a specified
value?
How can I extract all rows that don't have this value in any col?

Formatting Syntax when Merging
Hi,
I've merged the attached two data sets, generating a final merged data
set, but when I review this merged data, the dates are not in the
correct order. I know that this can be solved by using something like
fmt<-"%m/%d/%y", but where should this go in the commands below?

I just finished the merge of branch_jackoggsvorbis into branch_postbeta2
Vorbis is now split into two libs, libogg, and libvorbis in this branch.
the follow modules are a result:
ogg - basic framing library, all ogg code and docs, etc
vorbis - the vorbis codec, depends on ogg
vorbis-plugins - all the audio plugins for ogg vorbis, depends on ogg
and vorbis
ao - libao a cross platform audio

Problem with seq.dates in chron
I get faulty output from seq.dates() if I specify a length that is too
long.
For example, I ask for 129 months in the following call to the function,
but it returns
131:
