Programming 976 numbers from dialing out.
I would like to prevent * from dialing 900 and 976 numbers. I setup the following settings in extensions.conf. But this does not seem to work! I don't know what I am doing wrong please help!

folding table into a matrix
...table is formatted like so:

And I want to end up with something like this:

Since not all the rows are complete, I can't just reformat using
matrix(), I need to go by the index in...

a grep/regexpr problem
Hi,
I'm trying to parse lines of the form:
dan001.hin (0): fingerprint={256, 411, 426, 947, 973, 976}
What I need is the sequence of number between {}. I'm using grep as
match <- grep("{([0-9,\s]*)}",s,perl=T,value=T)
where s is a character vector.
But all I get is the whole string s. I tried using regexpr in an attempt
to get just the sequence I wanted:

documentation and \sloppy (PR#976)
Hi
When preparing documentation using Rd2dvi sometimes we get "overflow" on
some lines. The consequence is that in the documentation there are some
lines where words are not hyphenated or moved. The final document has some
lines with more columns than the rest of the text.
This happens when we use \code{} (which probably calls the \tt in latex).

Problem in installing rails 3.1.0
Hi ,
Presently i am installing rails in my ubuntu system(Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS)
using following commad
gem install rails -v ">=3.1.0"
When i am trying to install

2 pieces of processors Intel Xeon 3,2GHz, 2GB RAM, 6 gigabit interface
(2 tg3, 4 e1000), Debian Woody, 2.4.31 vanilla kernel. 6 U320 SCSI

Problem with joining WindowsXP to samba domain after upgrade from samba 3.5.11 to 3.6.1

Change color of plot points based on values of a variable
...is at its mean. The plot has probabilities on the y-axis and the number (1-1000) of the simulation run on the x-axis.
What I would like to do is to make the points that make up the 95% CI a different color from the points outside that CI. In other words, I would like the points from 1-24, and 976-1000 to be one color (the default color is fine), and the points 25-975 to be a different color. How would I do this?
In case there is some confusion, here is example code, with only one predictor:

already got working, but I can't figure out why winbind won't work on
this other PC. It mostly works (wbinfo works, net ads testjoin reports
OK) but "getent passwd" doesn't return anything. The winbind log
