...I run a swaks command to send an email to an exim4 that tries to make a callout to dovecot-lmtp. At RCPT TO: swaks hangs 5.0<something-small> seconds then process normally (exim is waiting for callout completion). with strace, I see 5 second delay with many tries to socket connection.
