Dovecot 2.0beta3 LMTP hanging when delivering into a non-existing mailbox
...o mailbox 'squidbugs': Mailbox doesn't exist: squidbugs
after that I cannot get a LMTP connection anymore (TCP connect works,
but I don't see a server banner) until I send SIGKILL to the running
lmtp process. SIGTERM is not enough.
