aggregating irregular time series
Hi,
I have a couple of aggregation operations that I don't know how to
accomplish. Let me give an example. I have the following irregular
time series
time x
10:00:00.021 20
10:00:00.224 20
10:00:01.002 19
10:00:02:948 20
1) For each entry time, I'd like to get sum of x for the next 2
seconds (excluding itself). Using the above example, the output should
be
time sumx
10:00:00.021 39
10:00:00.224 19

Latest AMD, IOMMU Security Change causing CPU0 Panic and general Problems with AMD+IOMMU changes
Hi,
unfortunatly your latest change "AMD,IOMMU: Clean up old entries in
remapping tables when creating new one" (Changeset 26517 in
xen-unstable and 25975 in xen-4.2-testing) is causing a CPU0 Panic at
boot for me.
When i tried to boot latest versions of xen unstable or xen-testing,
my dom0 gives me the message:
(XEN) *************************************

xyplot,grid.text segfault (PR#948)
First, thank you very much for that lattice-package, second, the code
below segfaults R:
zz <- data.frame(
y=rnorm(100),x=rnorm(100),z=round(rnorm(100)),
g=as.character(rep(1:2,50)))
xyplot(y~ x|z,data=zz,groups=g,
panel = function(x, y, subscripts, groups)
grid.text(x=x, y=y, label=groups[subscripts])
)
I'm not sure if I

error : subscript out of bounds
Hi,
I'm trying to calculate euclidean distance for my matrix rx1. Its a big
matrix with 947 elements. However when i do the following,
for(k in 1:947) for(m in (k+1):947){
A =rbind(A,c(k,m,ED(rx1[,k], rx1[,m])))
}
I get the following error:
ED(rx1[,k], rx1[,m]) : subscript out of bounds
I checked for k in 1:100 and it runs fine; its a huge matrix and takes
atleast an hour to run before I

Stability report GPLPV 0.11.0.308
...11.0.308 it worked perfectly and with very good performance
for over 9 days but then when I wanted to monitor the status, I was no
longer able to connect via remote desktop. When examining the file
system of the HVMs I found that somehow even the prime95 processes did stop.
Any ideas? Could c/s 948 make any difference? Network worked perfectly
for 9 days, so I ask myself if the count of c/s 948 is used at all?
Regards Andreas

Interesting Dial-Plan Question
Hi,
When I setup a user, I give them an extension like 570xxxxxxx. This
is fine and dandy while in one area code, but we've since gone to
other area codes. I'd like the user's to retain the ability to dial
7 digits no matter what number they have. Any thoughts on how to do
that?
EXAMPLE: User has number 7175551212. I want that when they dial
3235555 it dials 717-323-5555.
