Clients can't write to group-writable files
Hello,
Really stumped on this issue. I have samba 4.4.7 running on a new
server. Users cannot write to files to which they have write permissions
via group.
Example:
Here's the local filesystem on the samba server. I'm logged in as jmalone
: jmalone at canis; cd /home/www.nrao.edu/content/logs/
: jmalone at canis; ls -l
total 4

But the file is not root:root - it's owned by uid 12477 and group 9006.
Why is Samba getting the wrong owner/group for this file?

Nested partials losing the view context ?
Hi all !
I can''t seem to make a simple thing work... The code is here:
http://pastie.caboo.se/130660
Essentially, that''s a form with a couple of partials. The backtrace is
included in the pastie. It looks like the context for the current view
is lost when a partial is rendered. In _series.html.erb:2, I use
"series" to get the name. This is the parameter I

Traffic prioritization and 'class of service' for SIP
We're got a T1 from Sprint that we use for internet. During VIOP calls,
if you download something, the VOIP calls break up.
I found some info at Sprint for adding 'class of service', and I also
have some information on configuring our Cisco routers.
I've read the relevent pages on the wiki, but it seems vauge what's
required and what's required by the NSP (Sprint).
