[LLVMdev] [patch] Change llvm_unreachable to use __builtin_unreachable() in -asserts
This patch implements the current consensus of PR8973:
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=8973.
The macro llvm_unreachable is used in LLVM to indicate that
a particular place in a function is not supposed to be reachable
during execution. Like an assert macro, it takes a string
argument. In +Asserts builds, this string argument, together with

[LLVMdev] [patch] Change llvm_unreachable to use __builtin_unreachable() in -asserts
...saying twice! :)
Sounds great, and I completely agree it's a nice enhancement to what we can effectively express to help the compiler optimize more effectively. Thanks for doing this.

multi-model search best practices
Hi folks.
If I am indexing ModelA and ModelB and I want to search both of them,
I usually just pick one arbitrarily and use it for #multi_search.
Is there a slicker pattern, regarding from which model to invoke
#multi_search? Can it be invoked directly from the Ferret library?
Has anyone put together some sort of "dummy" search class?
Thanks for any ideas.

[PATCH] Add winbind-backed NTLMSSP support to Cyrus-SASL
Windows authentication extends far beyond the CIFS protocol the Samba
implements, but it only very recently that work has been done to catch
up to Microsoft's extensions in this area. This has caused many
administrators pain and toil that their MS counterparts simply don't
have. For them, authentication 'just works', with single-sign-on and
the lot.

Does "sink" stand for anything?
Hello Everyone,
Learning about R and its wonderful array of functions. If it's not obvious, I usually try to find out what a function stands for. I think this helps me remember better.
One function that has me stumped is "sink." Can anyone tell me if this stands for something?
Thanks,
Paul
