Differing Variable Length Inconsistencies in Random Effects/Regression Models

anyway. Didn't work.
I apologise if the solution to working with these different variable
lengths is obvious and I don't know it- but I don't know R that well at all.

Multiple lmer runs using 2 'for' loops
...uch variance is explained by each marker in each
family, which is the end point of this exercise- and the significance of
variance explained by each marker- which is why am trying to print 'anova'
results for each run of the lmer.
