[PATCH v3 1/2] xen: enter/exit lazy_mmu_mode around m2p_override calls
This patch is a significant performance improvement for the
m2p_override: about 6% using the gntdev device.
Each m2p_add/remove_override call issues a MULTI_grant_table_op and a
__flush_tlb_single if kmap_op != NULL. Batching all the calls together
is a great performance benefit because it means issuing one hypercall
total rather than two hypercall per page.
If paravirt_lazy_mode is set

So why not a transport feature? Is it just because the SCSI commands
for virtio-blk also require a config space field? Sorry if I missed
this upthread.

[PATCH net-next 1/2] virtio-net: correctly update XDP_TX counters
Commit 5b8f3c8d30a6 ("virtio_net: Add XDP related stats") tries to
count TX XDP stats in virtnet_receive(). This will cause several
issues:
- virtnet_xdp_sq() was called without checking whether or not XDP is
set. This may cause out of bound access when there's no enough txq
for XDP.
- Stats were updated even if there's no XDP/XDP_TX.
Fixing this by reusing
