Newbie 2 PBX VOIP, protocol ?'s using Cisco 827 7910
I am replacing a dead pbx with *. There are four lines I will be using.
There is a Cisco 827-4v already in place so I will move the lines from
the pbx to it.
I am working with Cisco 7910 phones and I understand they use the
Skinny/SCCP protocol. I am not sure if I should use chan_skinny or
chan_sccp?
However my main question is with communication. Do I need to use the

Problem with 827-4v and asterisk as a pstn GW
Hi,
I've a problem with a cisco 827-4v and asterisk (1.0.9) acting as
sip-to-pstn GW. The issue is that when a call comes in from the pstn,
asterisk correctly contacts the router, which in turns send a "183
Session progress". Obviously, asterisk thinks that the telephone is not
ringing (because it expects a "180 Ringin...

Hi,
I have an ansterisk and a cisco 827-4v registered to a Gatekeeper.
asterisk has two extensions:
exten => 223,1,Dial,OH323/BYEXTENSION@827PD
exten => 730,1,Dial(IAX/eduardo@10.0.11.103) (IAX are working well)

tseries 0.7-0 with R 1.2.1 dumps core (PR#827)
Dear Dr. Trapletti,
I am trying to use your tseries 0.7-0 package with R 1.2.1
(the latest version) under redhat linux 6.2, but the command
library(tseries)
causes R dump to core with a segmentation fault.
Do you have any suggestions how to fix this?

SCCP/Skinny.
Got SCCP working with * after loosing a couple teeth. All internal
phones work and except for festival causing some issues. I am ready to
go for the most part.
Final step which I had hoped to complete today was connecting * to the
outside world. I have a Cisco 827-4v with 4 FXO's on it. I have it

Hi all,
I have been struggling with this problem for a few days.
I have a data table like this:
gene rpkm1 diff1 rpkm2 diff2
gene1 23 50 13 120
gene2 111 220 827 1200
gene3 75 998 71 910
And I want to re-format it so that, for each gene, I have a 2x2 contingency
table, such as:
gene rpkm diff

access list component names with lapply
...pply(mylist, function(x) { c(names(x), x) } )
I know how to do this in a for loop, but lapply runs so much faster over
large lists.
Any help on this simple problem will be highly appreciated.

[PATCH nbdkit] server/public.c: Uninline nbdkit_strdup_intern to avoid compiler warning.
I'm not sure if this is a GCC bug or a bug in our code, but
the attached workaround fixes it for me.
