...9;s still quite a few days out looks like. I''ve seen newer Xen packages built for RHEL/CentOS and discussed on here, is what comes stock stable enough or are newer versions primarily to add more features? Grasping at straws.... Thanks. PXELINUX [BIOS] 6.02 - Upgrade to 6.02 from 4.07 introduces local boot regression
Hello All, this is my first post so I'll try to be as verbose as possible. We have a PXE deployment server serving mostly fujitsu RX300 rack mount servers with Intel 82575EB Gigabit Ethernet Controllers onboard. I recently upgraded from version 4.07 to version 6.02 and, without making any edits to my default menu, immediately noticed a regression. I use vesamenu.c32 to present a menu to the user which starts with something like this: default vesamenu.c32 prompt 0...

NIC Stability Problems Under Xen 4.4 / CentOS 6 / Linux 3.18
...and within 12 hours, the interface on the expansion NIC with the jumbo MTU failed. The other NIC in the LACP bundle is onboard and didn't fail. The other NIC on the dual-port expansion card also didn't fail. This leads me to believe that ONE of the bugs I'm experiencing is related to 82575EB + jumbo frames. I still think I'm also having a PCI-e issue that is separate and additional on top of that, and which has not reared its head recently, making it difficult for me to gather any new data. One of the things I've done that seemed to help a lot with stability was balance the L...
