Re: Open source IP phone, maybe?
Hi!
I think it is a great idea.
The DS80C400 needs external memory, and/or flash. It have the Ethernet
integrated, but it is really slow (it is 8051 architecture), and yes, I
know it can go up ti 75Mhz, but only gives 18MIPS max. I would use
ATmega128 from atmel (16MIPS at only 16Mhz), take a look at:
http://www.ethernut.de (project using mega128 with Ethernet, includes
schematics).
It can, in fact (personal experience) give about 0.7 ins...

How to contact a lead Wine developer?
Hi all,
I was looking here: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8051 , and in comment 81 it was recommended to contact the lead Wine developer(s) about the bug in question. I'm not sure who to contact, though. Might someone be able to tell me who would be an appropriate person/people to contact, please?
Thanks!
Hibba.

I want this IR to be transformable to multiple architectures (x86, ARM,
even 8051 so C++ target code generation is a no-no) with or without a
support for a custom coprocessor for modular arithmetic.
There are multiple problems I'm facing in the end:
1. C backend will not work with anything bigger than 128 bits
2. x86 backend just pushes everything on the stack (naturally) e...

Special Delivery from China
I received a sample IP/Speakerphone from my friends in China today.
Asterisk setup was fairly uncomplicated and I had it running as an
extension on my server within a few minutes. Sounds quality of both the
receiver and the speakerphone are fine (wife's opinion). Are there any
tests I should run with this phone?
Following are the specs:

- Alpha display, 2x16 chars

Hi All,
The meetme.conf have created as below:

conf => 101
conf => 102
and extensions.conf as below:

why the warning printed when I called 101.
WARNING[27660]: File pbx.c, Line 1051 (pbx_extension_helper): No application 'MeetMe' for extension (ipcentrex, 101, 1)
And I found asterisk have not load the meetme.conf when it starts up.

[LLVMdev] MOS6502 target
Well, the stack pointer be a single byte, so pushing things on there doesn't work terribly well.
Assuming I pass by reference, that's 128 values absolutely total before it wraps around and silently clobbers itself. It means single byte values will be incredibly inefficient... Tricky stuff.
I'm lucky on the C64 since it's rare to exit back to the kernel with machine language apps

4.4 i386 Server CD actually 64-bit?
Just downloaded the CentOS 4.4 i386 Server CD. The md5sum on the file
matches:

However, when I boot up with the CD on a Compaq Armada E500 laptop (Pentium

[LLVMdev] Some experiences using LLVM C Backend
Hello,
I'm interested in LLVM as an opportunity to support C++
programming for legacy MCUs (8051, PIC1x, etc.). Recently, I tried to
use C Backend as means to achieve this. As C Backend was removed in
recent LLVM versions, I started with LLVM 3.0 which was last version to
include it.
For starters, I played with MSP430 target, which is supported by LLVM,
so allows roundtrip experiments (compar...
