The kernel messages show a segmentation fault:

The domain stays paused for 30s on the new target host and then recovers
and runs OK. The guest is not
loaded so I don't know what happens if the guest is loaded.
The guest is a RHEL 5.3 with kernel 2.6.18-128.el5xen.
