editor in Windows doesn't like a data frame with row names (PR#797)
The editor in R version 1.2.0 returns an error after editing a data frame
that has row names. This is on a Windows 2000 system, but I've encountered
the same problem under Windows 95. Here's a simple example:

--{enable/disable}-suid-ssh removed, rhosts auth gone when UID != 0
...sit. :-)
Ok, "chmod u+s ssh scp" does help as first aid.
My question is: Is SUID on ssh/scp considered dangerous? Are there other
reasons one should avoid this?

Clearly I'm not understanding how referencing works for lists like I've
created. Can anyone shed light on this?

possible inconsistency in nlme logLik or me
...for the model with no correlation structure, but non corresponding results for the model with a correlation structure. Below are logLik for the models along with additional information. Am I doing something wrong?????
Information for model 1
rss=sum(resid(mod1)^2)=1318.645
var=rss/n=1.654511
n=797
number of parameters (K) = 10 (this does include the variance estimate)
if I use logLik(mod1) I get -1331.541 with 10 d.f.
if I use the formula:
(-.5*n*log(var))-(797/2*log(2*pi))-(n/2)
from Burnham and Anderson 2002 page 12,
I get the same result as above: -1331.541

Structure for library code specs
Hi
Are there any plans to add a structure for library specs, eg
RAILS_ROOT/spec/lib ? There''s no equivalent spec:libraries task, and
any spec lines for library code are lost from the rake stats output.
