expunge not removing attachments?
...ackup.invalid; I'm cleaning
up daily like this:
infimum=`date -d "-4 day" +"%Y-%m-%d"`
doveadm expunge -u backup at backup.invalid mailbox INBOX SAVEDBEFORE $infimum
doveadm purge -u backup at backup.invalid
yet I see this:
# find attachments/ -type f -ctime +5 | wc -l
7522
# find attachments/ -type f | wc -l
127579
# find attachments/ -type f -mtime +5 | wc -l
14361
# find attachments/ -type f | wc -l
127793
About 5.9% of the files in attachments and below are older than 5 days.
Why? Is that normal?

I would be happy for a pointer to a binary distribution as well.

xyplot axis scaling with dates/times
...t(x =
list(tick.number = 10)))
But this has no effect. While I can set ticks at specific points (and
labels) this is difficult because a wide range of time intervals are used.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

sendmail smrsh symlinks not working against php scripts
Hello.
I am trying to forward the e-mails received to one address towards a php
script.
I am trying all I can but nothing does.
I have edited my /etc/aliases file and added this line.
ecard-bounce: "|/usr/bin/php /etc/smrsh/ecardbounce.php"
Then, of course I do a 'newaliases'.
In my /etc/smrsh I have placed the symbolic link defined above, which has
been created this way:

computer stalls instead of reboot
...at the kernel from kernel.org would solve this, once that pvops dom0
enabled kernels were available. Well, it didn''t. I''m still stuck with
this issue. Every time I want to reboot my machine, I have to call my
hosting company to reboot the server.
It''s a MSI X58 Pro-E (MS-7522) motherboard, equipped with Intel Core i7
920 and an nvidia graphics card.
Did anybody ever experience a similar issue?
Does anybody have any suggestions how to continue?
This seems to be a very weired issue, and even pushing the computers
reset button doesn''t seem to help. (It''...

Indexing Mail faster
Hi,
I am trying to get faster search results on our webmail client(Roundcube).
Besides using Lucene for FTS are there other options?
Would having all mails indexed give fast results?
Currently the time it takes to search 25,000mails is 4mins. If indexed how
much faster are we looking at?
Really appreciate if someone could advise about this.
Thanks
Kevin

Debugging (possible) Xen-related hang-issues without the possibility of attaching serial console to capture Xen output
Hey all!
I''m currently in the process of trying to debug a (possibly!)
Xen-related issue (with Kernel 3.2.9-vanilla as Dom0, and Xen 4.1.2
[almost] vanilla, except for a patch for CVE-2012-0029), where a system
freezes without me being able to ascertain a triggering event. The
system console is completely unresponsive in the event of hangs (i.e.,
displays motd and the login prompt,

WINE install of Dreamweaver MX fails
Hello. I'm new to this forum.
Before I posted this, I did due diligence searching for an answer to my problem. I found and tried 2 possibles; but neither would work for me.
First my machine specs:
64 machine dual boot between WinXP and Ubuntu Janty Jackalope 9.04.
When I used Hardy Heron 8.04 last year, I was able to install Version 7.0 of Dreamweaver MX on a fluke.. I still don't know
