Realtime patch
...e using multiple tables, this allows
you to create a view of those tables that munges it together in a manner
that makes sense to asterisk, while alleviating some of the management
from you, as well as letting you make a table structure that makes sense
to you ;)
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=7443
The one on the bugs site is for SVN, but I do have a version that works
on 1.2.? (only tried on 1.2.9.1, so it may work on older versions). So
far it seems to work well.

Cisco Callmanager & Asterisk for Voicemail revisited
...into an Asterisk server for
voicemail (and other things). Back in May I was using H323 for
integration, but since I've upgraded to CCM 4.1 I have switched over
to SIP.
The integration with H323 required using Call forwarding to send the
call to an extension on Asterisk. For example, extension 7443 would
forward to 27443 on Asterisk which looked something like:
exten => _27XXX,1,Voicemail(u${EXTEN:1})
Obviously setting this for each and every phone on Callmanager was not
an option for any wide deployments, and Paul Davidson investigated
some of the other options. Paul discovered that it w...

Dovecot imaptest on RHEL4/GFS1, RHEL6/GFS2, NFS and local storage results
We have done some benchmarking tests using dovecot 2.0.12 to find the best
shared filesystem for hosting many users, here I share with you the results,
notice the bad perfomance of all the shared filesystems against the local
storage.
Is there any specific optimization/tunning on dovecot for use GFS2 on
rhel6??, we have configured the director to make the user mailbox persistent

Timeout Leak
Hello all,
I've got 3 occurences of this message in my log file:
auth: Warning: Timeout leak: 0x805e480 (auth-request-handler.c:550)
Can I ignore it, or is it a syhmptom of something wrong?
I'm running dovecot 2.2.28 (bed8434). I'll post my doveconf -n if it
is worth investigating further...
Cheers,
Luciano.

[RFC] treewide: cleanup unreachable breaks
From: Tom Rix <trix at redhat.com>
This is a upcoming change to clean up a new warning treewide.
I am wondering if the change could be one mega patch (see below) or
normal patch per file about 100 patches or somewhere half way by collecting
early acks.
clang has a number of useful, new warnings see
