Capistrano from windows to linux.
There seems to be a bug when deploying a rails application developed
in windows to a linux box. The rake deploy command attempts to run the
command "/install/path/current/script/process/reaper" but the files do
not have the execute bit set.
What can I do to make sure either the execute bit is run or prepend
the command with sh or ruby?

WineOSS hardlock with a Yamaha YMF-744 sound card
When I try to use the wineoss.drv sound driver, Wine hangs up my whole system
(as described by me in Wine Bug #2579). From what I have learned, this is caused
by a kernel bug, but I can't fix it as I only found Andreas Mohr's patch for
SB16-compatible cards (http://lkml.org/lkml/2002/6/16/45), while I'm using a
Yamaha sound card (ymfpci.c kernel driver). When I disable the sound in the

Hi,
I have a data frame with 11 observations and 603 variables.
When I call,
willRaw.fit <- lm( performance ~ ., data=willRaw )
lm() runs without problems, but computes coefficients for
only the first 10 variables. The remaining variables
get a coefficient of NA.

logon drive, ldap ssl = start_tls, ssh and client/server encryption (and logon.bat permission tip)

3. Is all traffic between Windows clients and the Samba server
encrypted, or can this be done/how?
4. Nowhere in Samba How-To or Samba-Guide did it say that the
logon.bat (logon script, whatever you wish to name it) should be
permission 744, i.e. chmod 744 could we add this?
5. Why do you need to ldap enable sshd via pam? This lets any domain
user log into the server. I think this is a bad idea, unless you are
providing shell access for some reason?

MeetMe option b

my conf background is a symbolic link - then my permissions are :
[root at devcentos5x64 src]# ls -l /home/silentm/bin/conf-background.agi
-rwSr-Sr-- 1 root root 81 Mar 17 10:44 /home/silentm/bin/conf-background.agi
I have tried with just 744 and also with 744 and chmod +s.
Any ideas why I would get the permission denied?

GlobalVariable Recursive loop
Hi,
I have implemented a recursive loop to go through all the user of a global variable but I have one issue left.
Depending the code, the global variable is using itself:
@sSelectedAccount = internal constant %struct.KVObserver { %0* bitcast (%struct.__NSConstantString_tag* @_unnamed_cfstring_.744 to %0*), i8* bitcast (%struct.KVObserver* @sSelectedAccount to i8*), i32 3 }, align 4

...can I order a data.frame with increasing the dat$Interval (dat$Interval is a factor). There is an example below.
