Re: Bug#275791: r-gnome: gnome library can not be read (PR#7276)
Dear R bug fixers,
This came in early this morning. The R/Gnome configuration, and selection of
libraries hat not changed one bit since I last built 1.9.1 -- but maybe
something change in the Gmome/Glib/Gtk, or even x11, libraries? Would anyone
know where RestoreAction is defined?
The list of Debian packages on which r-gnome depends is below; as this is
computed from ldd output I won't add

Anyone experience with early dial?
I'm trying to use early-dial.
Here, all hardware PBX have it. You dial numbers and, as soon as you have
a matching dialplan entry, you get throught.
I my Grandstream I enabled early-dial. And when I put
exten=91,1,Milliwatt
in my dialplan then it works as expected. Also, when I call other SIP or
IAX phones it works. Hurray!
But how can I get it working with external lines? In my

When it hangs there are 2 process running on the linux box and one on the

When I attach to the first one (pid 7276) on the linux box it's sitting in

showing weird stuff like errno or 0x8 or 0x5 having called select), so I do
a "n" to single step until it emerges from select I'm left with the

Newbie: wine does not quit immediately after termination
...running, but when I close Quicken, wine does not terminate
immediately (as for Breezebrowser), but goes on and on and on for
maybe 10 minutes, and then eventually stops. During this period,
I can see:
22403 charles 25 0 63208 33m 24m R 50.1 6.6 5:50.81 wine-pthread
22409 charles 15 0 7276 5308 2540 S 45.1 1.0 5:05.86 wineserver
running, but they do not seem to be doing anything.
I run wine with " --debugmsg warn+all", but they are no messages
in this period, except maybe a last line, which says:
warn:driver:CloseDriver Failed to close driver
Is this a driver problem?...

Issues with Xorcom astribanks when running Ubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) as a quemu/libvirt guest
Hi,
Xorcom astribanks get initialized straight on when using Ubuntu 11.10
packages but I am having a hard time to get the same result running in a
qemu/libvirt image.
The first difficulty is that astribanks devices get different usb device
ids during their initialisation process, requiring hot plug support.
I have figured out how to solve this issue using the technique described
in this post :
