Why ${EXTEN} variable changes after Goto ?

But after I do Goto to s-NOANSWER, variable ${EXTEN} changes to
's-NOANSWER'. I guess this is normal, but I don't understand why ? How to
workaround on this one ?

capiECT problem

connection. But capi channel is freed. When I lift handset of 400 extension,
asterisk s starts to anounce number that was sent as callerid ...
Any help, hint or working example for capiECT ?
