Error in Fields TPS function {svd ...} again
Thanks for all the helpful responses. I include the data file and the
syntax file for reference. Again, if I use the fields function, as is, I
get the message:

Cisco 79xx and SIP 7.5 Problems
I recently updated my phones Cisco 7960 phones (3 of them) in a high
volume call place, where the Secretaries use the 7960 phones to answer
inbound calls, as many as 15 simultaneous calls between all three of
them.
Since then I have had only constant problems, mainly that after 3
calls on a phone, if they try to xfer or do any ohter things
(sometimes just answer the 4th call) the phone freezes,

Re: guestfs launch failed in CentOS 7.5
Thanks for the response. One question I have is - my host machine is
running CentOS 7.5 and the guest image is based on RHEL 7.5. I did check
following on the host machine and there is no package called qemu-kvm-rhev
installed.
rpm -qa | grep qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm-1.5.3-156.el7_5.5.x86_64
qemu-kvm-common-1.5.3-156.el7_5.5.x86_64
Same results for RHEL 7.5 guest VM, it doesn't have qemu-kvm-rhev

an integration question
Dear all,
I'm stuck on a problem concerning integration..Results from the analytical
expression and numerical approximation (as returned by integrate()) do not
match.
It probably depends on some error of mine, so apologizes for this off-topic
question.
I'm interested in computing the integral of f where:
f<-function(x){exp(-3-.2*pmin(x-7.5,0))}
x<-seq(0,15,length=50)

CentOS 7.5
Hi All - Just checking on "expected" 7.5 release - I'm guessing its very
close.
On a side note... I played with CR enabled it and did the update, my
/etc/redhat-release still says the old 7.4... I was thinking it would say
something different for CR.
Anyway looking forward to 7.5!
Thanks,
Jerry

What is the degrees of freedom in an nlme model
Dear all,
I want to do a F test, which involves calculation of the degrees of
freedom for the residuals. Now say, I have a nlme object "mod.nlme". I
have two questions
1.How do I extract the degrees of freedom?
2.How is this degrees of freedom calculated in an nlme model?
Thanks.

Centos 7.5 on Vmware
Everyone,
I am in the initial study phase of putting together a larger virtual
server while using Centos 7.5 as the operating system of choice for the
?individual virtual machines.
How do you all like VMware for this, or what other software allows for
the development of virtural servers that use Centos 7.5
Thanks ahead of time for giving me a head start with your
experiences!!!!

CentOS 7.5 Nautilus 100% reproducible crash.
Pardon me, but I forgot to add that right after this crash, htop as root
shows the VBoxClient service running maxed on one core until system is
rebooted.
Not sure if it is CentOS bug or VirtualBox bug because this did not happen
in 7.4 on same version of VirtualBox, and unfortunately I don't have access
to a bare metal machine on which to install and test.

Centos 7.5 - Gnome3 - KVM - Keypad numeric failure
Everyone,
I have a problem with the numeric keypad while using a Centos 7.5 new
installation with kvm.
When I login to the host machine using gnome3 or classic gnome the
numeric keypad does not function. If I activate another 7.5 guest
machine with gnome3 the numeric keypad on the guest does not work
either.
If I login on the host machine using kde as the desktop the keypad
works fine and

Origin 7.5 and wine
Hello.
I've been trying to install registered Origin 7.5 on wine, using both the
default build for SuSE 9.3 and the newest rpm from sourceforge.
The installation proceeds flawlessly, everything seems to be fine. The
installer finds proper user/institution registration fields. Unfortunatelly,
when I start Origin for the first time, the registration window pops up. All
