uploading printer driver using APW changes printer share name
...properties and set the name back to "UREW-EDV" manually. Without
this correction the PrintandPoint feature for this printer doesn't work.
It took me a hole night to figure this out. Is this a normal behaviour
or is this my mistake?

ntlm_auth only supports ntlmv1 and not ntlmv2 ?
...tlm_check.c:ntlm_password_check(356)
ntlm_password_check: NEITHER LanMan nor NT password supplied for user willi
The proxy denies access of course.
So is this a limitation of ntlm_auth ?
Is it somehow possible to get ntlmv2 working ?
The used Version is winbind package from debian etch 3.0.24-6etch8.
Best Wishes,
Oliver

Here i see dumping core in /var/log/samba/cores/smbd, but i don't see it
there at all.
Apart from that, can anyone give me an indication of what is going on
