uploading printer driver using APW changes printer share name
...properties and set the name back to "UREW-EDV" manually. Without this correction the PrintandPoint feature for this printer doesn't work. It took me a hole night to figure this out. Is this a normal behaviour or is this my mistake? ntlm_auth only supports ntlmv1 and not ntlmv2 ?

win2003 STOP error
...ng it was upgraded to SP2. The same error occurs on fresh installation of the same OS on another box. Samba is running on Debian Linux server, all was fine while this server was running Debian Sarge (Samba version 3.0.14a-3sarge10). After upgrading Linux server to Debian Etch (Samba version 3.0.24-6etch8) windows server periodically get 'STOP' error with code 0x0000008e 0xC0000005 0x804e446a. Strange samba error
.../samba/cores/smbd ----- Here i see dumping core in /var/log/samba/cores/smbd, but i don't see it there at all. Apart from that, can anyone give me an indication of what is going on here, and why it is exiting?
