I am trying to run a program called EWR 4.2 using wine, but it says to change my default language to English, can someone please help me and tell me how to do this?

Hello, I built wine-0.9.15 today. It installs and works to a small extent that I tested it. I then attempted to install and run winetools and had some problems. Hello. I'm looking for a howto to get IE6 installed on Wine 0.9.12. I googled some, but I can't find any *recent* documentation on how to get IE installed with Wine 0.9.12 - I only find outdated information from 2005 or 2003.
