CentOS based router dropping connections
...ver on the
LAN switch.
The machine I'm using for the router is a Dell 860 1U rackmount with two
NICs, one NIC on the internet, one NIC on the LAN.
The routing setup is:
I'm using IPTABLES for routing, with the following command:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -m tcp -i eth1 --dport 6680 -j DNAT
--to 192.168.1.10:80
Basically, I'm forwarding port 6680 on to the webserver (.10) on the LAN.
What I have tested so far:
If I'm at the router, I can download files from the webserver just fine,
so the webserver setup and physical connection is OK.

cron mystery
I've just noticed that cron.daily, etc,
do not seem to be running on my CentOS-5.4 system.
The scripts in /etc/cron.d/ all run fine,
but those in /etc/cron.hourly, etc, seem to be ignored.
I see that according to /var/log/cron
these commands are seen, eg
Feb 28 18:01:01 helen crond[6680]: (root) CMD (run-parts /etc/cron.hourly)
but none of the scripts in this directory
seem to be touched.
I've tried running them by hand, and this seems to work fine.
Is there some problem, or subtlety, about crond under CentOS?

chan_bluetooth.so
I've just set up 1.0.9 with chan_bluetooth.so, my Nokia 6680 registers
and I can dial out and the called phone rings.
The problem is that the Nokia keeps ringing it doesn't know that the
call has been answered.
(System is SFR calling to France Telecom POTS)
Any thoughts?

chan_bluetooth, no voice
I am running Asterisk 1.0.9 with chan_bluetooth (kernel 2.6.11)
I have managed to get the module loaded and it connects to my phone and
dials (Nokia 6310i) okay, but once the call connects I hear no sound on
either end.
It is not who I am calling since it works with any other bluetooth headset
or without one. It isn't the SIP phone or codecs because they work with
any other number.
